The Constitution of the Free Republic of Libernesia

Preamble


We the people of Libernesia, in order to secure and protect our rights to life, liberty and property, do hereby establish and ordain this constitution.



The President


Article I: The President
The president of the republic is a purely ceremonial position, elected democratically by the people but with no actual power over them. The president represents the republic to the outside world and is responsible for diplomacy, but has no say in the day-to-day running of the country.


Article II: Duties of the President
The president's duties are limited to representing the republic to the outside world and conducting diplomacy. The president has no role in the day-to-day running of the country.



Regulations


Article III: Private Laws and Regulations
Private laws and regulations are developed by the free market, and the government has no role in their enforcement.


Article IV: Supreme Law
This constitution is the supreme law of the land, and any law or government action that violates any provision of this constitution is void.
